I don’t belong in these here times. I find it hard to be alive. And understanding people’s ways. I have a picture in my mind. I left my glasses in the pew, now I have trouble seeing you. And I hear half of what you say and I have less and less to do with myself let’s get back to. 1954. We could be standing in the door with Uncle Mike home from the war. There could be rabbits in a cage. That’s all I think about these days. The disconnection has begun. Nothing to say to anyone. There is a vacancy in my eyes like I’ve been staring at the sun.
